Responsibilities:
Provide recruiting and staffing services to management.
Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified external candidates to meet established business goals, objectives and approved requisitions.
Recruit for technical roles, such as Cyber Security and DevOps (Application Engineers, Systems Engineers)
Oversee the pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.).
Recommend fair, competitive offer based on internal equity and external market based pay.
Ensure accurate and timely data is recorded in the requisition and applicant tracking system for compliance and reporting metrics.
Requirements:
5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technical IT field
Bachelors in IT or Computer Science or Human Resources
cGMP Experience Preferred
