Accounts Payable & Payroll Supervisor Job Opening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Supervisor to oversee staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices and time records, correct distribution to general ledger expense accounts, compilation of payroll statistics, maintenance of payroll control records, calculation of payrolls, preparation of payroll tax reports, and proper filing and storage of records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Post-secondary education preferred.
3+ years' accounts payable and payroll experience.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Computer proficiency with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
