We are seeking candidates to fill 3 openings for our Benefits Consultant position.
We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, motivated individuals to become successful representatives, working in a professional sales environment. As an independent insurance agent representing Aflac, you will have the opportunity to build your own portfolio with renewals and stock, and enjoy a flexible work schedule while being backed with the support of a Fortune 500 company and industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:
* Educating business owners and HR managers about benefit solutions
* Helping businesses determine which voluntary benefits programs suit their employees best
* Educating business owners that they can offer Aflac at no direct cost, offer potential tax savings to the employer and employees, and boost employee moral by offering affordable policies to help cover the large gaps that most employees face with their medical coverage
* Provide service for new and existing policyholders
* Retain current client relationships

Interview Process:
We do in person informational interviews where we can get to know you and share the roles and responsibilities of a benefits consultants. We also educate you about the training and compensation that is available. If we both believe it is a good fit, we then set up a second round of interviews where you would personally meet the manager that would be training you to success.
