Business Development Manager Job Opening in Lincolnwood, IL, Illinois - Doing business development and getting requirement from tier 1 vender.
? Managing timesheet and consultant joining formalities.
? End to end recruitment process Sourcing, identifying, screening, short listing, and interviewing & salary negotiation.
? Exposure on various tax-terms like- C2C, W2, 1099.
? Dealt and Placed with almost all visa types consultants such as US Citizens, Green Card Holders, Canadian Citizens (TN Permit), H1-B, EAD, OPT, L2EAD etc.
? Worked extensively on requirements on Telecommunication, High Tech, Banking, Finance, Security, Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Information Technology sectors.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement.
? Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
? Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
? Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
? Negotiate the rates with the clients and candidates.
? Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
? Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
? Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent.
? Responsible for Tracking, Analyzing, Prioritizing Requirements and resumes.
? Maintain the Database of the submittal.
