The requirement is for an Automation Developer/Engineer, who will work with the onshore team to contribute on require Automation enhancement and customization. The Automation Developer/Engineer is responsible for operating and sustaining the clients Enterprise tools to ensure there is zero impact on SLA. The Automation Developer/Engineer will perform Incident Management and Remediation in identifying and troubleshooting issues. This candidate will work to support the deployment and maintenance of workflow and application configuration data; build test cases, document developer guides, training guides, quick reference guides, user guides, support guides etc. The Automation Developer/Engineer will also support other infrastructure requirements, tools administration tasks as required, such as configuration, analysis, management, and maintenance of functional requirements and translation to technical system requirements.
