Inside Sales Account Representative Job Opening in Vancouver, Washington - We are looking for a candidate to sell our Products and Services to the United States Department of Defense professionally, profitably and ethically by executing the company?s designed sales process. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the entire sales process from request for quotes (RFQ?s) through procurement, partnering with our largest volume supplier. Howco Distributing is an established small company that distributes products to the Federal Government.

Education and Skills:
Inside Sales experience or Account Representative background a plus
Clear understanding of the effects of cost of goods, markup, and gross profit
Proven data entry working experience in an alpha-numeric environment
Fast and accurate typing skills (prepare to be tested)
Proficiency in MS Office products
High level of organization with an eye for detail
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to multitask using multiple software applications
Responsibilities:
Calculating profitable markup percentages for high volume of daily RFQ?s
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information per priorities to prepare orders for computer entry
Accurate data entry into multiple federal government databases
Organize and store completed work in designated locations
Routine hard copy filing of government contacts for traceability
