Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact with prospective Shyft Business users.
Effectively identifying customer needs, prescribing the correct solution and scheduling meetings for our success and sales teams.
Touring current Shyft users on our new Dashboard product and business offering.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Manage and organize conversations and touchpoints efficiently.
Make active contributions to help achieve team goals and successes.

Requirements
1-3 years in a customer success / sales environment.
You?re great on the phone and aren?t shy about calling anybody, at anytime.
You excel in a fast paced startup culture, and can adapt to a rapidly changing company.
You understand the web and how it works. You're not necessarily writing code and building apps, but you appreciate the different types of consumer/business software you use.
You're diligent, organized, and can clearly communicate ideas to different types of personality profiles.
Bachelors degree.
