Software Engineer Job Opening in Huntsville, Alabama - Full-time HUNTSVILLE, AL position performing software and systems assessment of embedded systems programs. Providing engineering and technical expertise on embedded systems and software.
REQUIRED: Restricted to US Citizens . BS in engineering, computer science, physical science, mathematics, physics or related technical field, plus a min 7 years related experience. Security clearance will be required (Active within last 2 years) .
Qualifications: One or more of the following desired in background: - Missile defense or aerospace experience
- Embedded systems software (C, C++, OO, Agile)
- Embedded systems analysis and test
- Independent Verification and Validation- Algorithm analysis, SW process and standards compliance
- Documentation analysis (SDP, SEMP, SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.)
Background in MDA/BMDS systems is highly desirable but not required. Ability to work independently and interact with geographically distributed lab personnel and development teams.
