K&L Roofing delivers the greatest training program available to our new employees. If hired you will receive training on basic construction, insurance, other training needed in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims process will also be provided. Prior experience is not * Canvassing damaged neighborhoods.
Take leads.
Door-to-door sales.
Inspect & document damage from clients home.
Walk new clients through the Insurance Claim Process and explain step by step details about the process of getting their work completed.
Meet with the Insurance adjusters at the home owner's properties to advocate for your Client.
Fill out all agreements and forms with homeowner. Scan and send everything into the office.
Keep in contact with your clients Before, during, and After the Job/ follow up with your client.
Pick up payments from clients.
Qualifications
- Loves to be outdoors, on the move, and talking to people.
- Ability to take rejection in stride.
- Self starter, driven, willing to work hard.
- Knack for communication, and overcoming objections.
- Ability to learn insurance and industry specific sales techniques.
- Independent worker, self-motivated to make money, and control destiny.
- Sales background with experience in cold consumer sales.
- Transportation and driver's license.
Construction experience is not required, just a great attitude and ability to generate sales. With our office located in Arlington Texas, You will have the entire DFW to work and target as an area for success. traveling within the territory is expected, as is the ability to capitalize on a storm anywhere in the commission splits paid quickly with a very low overhead fee.
