Role Summary
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you would primarily be dealing with potential clients seeking a monitoring solution for their home or business. Your daily tasks would include building rapport with customers and consumers, finding creative security solutions, managing a lead pipeline, coordinating with technicians for a top quality installation, and ensuring the best customer experience attainable. Fort Knox?s ideal candidate would be: an aggressive sales specialist, self motivated, goal oriented, teachable and eager to learn, a team player, have an unequaled work ethic, sales experience, and be able to process and work through the challenges presented throughout daily operations. As a Security Specialist you would grow and sharpen your skills while working with a cohesive and accepting team in an energetic sales environment.
Responsibilities
Take inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls to prospects for interest and start the sales process using structured selling techniques
Converting required number and type of qualified leads into customers scheduled for installs
Work with Installation Department and Technicians to provide excellent customer installation experience
Find creative solutions for any and all customer/consumer needs pertaining to their home or business
Qualifications
Experience with lead generation and sales is a plus
A passion for driving sales including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation and relationship building
Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Google Docs, Sheets etc.
Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
Job Type: Full-time
