General Job Description: The K&R RoofMasters Roofing Specialist will act as a representative for the company in a fashion that is in line with our culture of "Sharing The Truth About Your Roof" He/she will prospect, market, run appointments, give presentations, obtain clients, and manage the clients jobs throughout the process of doing repairs to the property of those clients.
Job Requirements:
Must be neat and clean when working with K&R RoofMasters clients
Must be professional when interacting K&R RoofMasters clients
Must possess reliable personal transportation to office
Must be on time for appointments
Must communicate clearly and in a timely manner with office personnel
Must be a excellent speaker and even better listener
Must be able to carry a 32? extension ladder unassisted, climb all types ladders, enter attic spaces, walk on roofs
Must be able inspect a roofing system and provide solutions for customer projects
Must continue to educate yourself in the roofing industry regarding sales techniques & processes, product knowledge and all other areas of roofing
Tools, Marketing and Training Provided by K&R RoofMasters, Inc
Training - Full introductory sales and construction knowledge training will be provided through K&R RoofMasters staff. You will be provided with a training manual, detailed sales process to follow, and additional necessary sales tools.
Continuing Education
All necessary sales implements to allow you to thrive as an in home salesperson
Compensation:
K&R RoofMasters pays based on monthly quota after the initial training period. Expectations and goals are based on K&R RoofMasters Standards, which will determine compensation. These standards have been set based on process innovation within our company and on normal practices throughout the industry.
