Logistics Billing & Audit Specialist Job Opening in Saint Paul, Minnesota - Koch Logistics is an established logistics provider of transportation and transportation related services including: import and export, ocean, customer service, project management, LTL, truckload and partial dispatch, warehousing and consolidation, container freight, and administrative support. Your experience in logistics will be put to work in this cross functional position at a Logistics/3rd party solution provider organization. Skills required include experience in LTL and small package rating and auditing, as well as claims processing for LTL, Small Package, Truckload, Ocean and Air Freight Modes. The Logistics Billing & Audit Specialist is a full-time position responsible for the accurate and timely billing and related functions related to LTL and small package. In this position, you will prepare billing, review, approve, print and post billing, prepare and bill all small package orders, monitor unbilled air freight, monitor unbilled revenue, research unbilled orders, and more.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Two (2) years of LTL audit and small package processing experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Freight claims filing and processing experience
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interpersonal skills, confidence, and integrity with internal and external customer relationships a must
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excel spreadsheet knowledge and experience: creating macros, adding formulas, processing detailed spreadsheets in the audit process
Knowledge and experience in LTL freight classification (NMFC) for application and auditing
PC skills; to include knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Fluent in English, written and oral, and excellent communication skills
