Title Software Support Analyst Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, one of the nation's largest title insurers located in downtown Minneapolis, has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Title Software Support Analyst who possesses experience with title production computer software and equipment.
SUMMARY:
Provide support to a customer community spread across 120+ offices nationwide for software applications, with the primary emphasis on our Title Production Software, RamQuest. Candidate must have relevant experience in title insurance and will manage support calls as they relate to title software questions and problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to inquiries via telephone and email in a friendly and professional manner with an emphasis on building customer relationships.
Train new and experienced users on the usage and changes to the Title Production Software.
Test program modifications and enhancements related to the Title Production Software.
Create documentation for both internal staff and end users as necessary.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook and Word.
Record all inquiries in call tracking software, following defined escalation procedures as necessary.
Mentor and encourage personal and professional growth of team members.
Shift work is required for staffing between the hours of 7:00 AM ? 5:30 PM.
Must be able to travel for business purposes and have a valid driver?s license.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED:
Must have 3-5 years of experience in mortgage closing, with at least 2 years as an escrow officer using Title Production Software. Experience with RamQuest is preferred. Experience must include preparation of closing packages with detailed knowledge of CDFs, HUDs and Disbursing / Funding.
Experience with the following functions are an advantage: Policy Preparation, Recordings, and Accounting functions (invoicing, posting payments, bank reconciliation, and investments).
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant knowledge of all phases of the title insurance business is required.
