Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Now hiring: Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist/Producer for a small yet well-established and nationally recognized insurance agency looking to aggressively grow its commercial insurance book in the Greater Tulsa area.
Commercial Insurance Sales Qualifications:
A successful Commercial Insurance Sales candidate with our insurance agency will be passionate about our customers and their needs.
They will be naturally hospitable and enjoy the process of earning the trust and respect of new clients thru excellent listening skills and detailed discovery conversations.
They will also be self-driven to always perform at their personal best, be organized and exhibit excellent time-management.
A sales background in insurance or business to business will be a plus.
Commercial Insurance Sales Responsibilities :
The individual hired for this Commercial Insurance Sales position will foster and develop commercial business referral sources.
They will call on local businesses for the purpose of advising, quoting and writing their commercial insurance.
That candidate will also advise, quote and sell commercial insurance to business owners within the agency's current book of residential business.
Commercial Insurance Sales :
Salary and commissions will be based on experience and sales performance.
Benefits include a 3% matching retirement, increasing PTO based on tenure and an annual performance bonus.
Other benefits can be negotiated based on the successful candidate' particular needs.
