Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - EHD Bedrock International is seeking aresultsdriven Outside Sales Representative to sell natural stone, quartz and plumbing fixtures in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and surrounding states.
EHD Bedrock International is a leading importer and wholesale distributor of natural stone slabs and tile, porcelain tile and plumbing fixtures. Our dynamic growth has created an opportunity in our sales organization for an outside slab sales person. If you have sales experience in granite and/or plumbing fixtures, that is a plus, and we want to talk to you.
Our products are used in commercial and residential surface applications such as countertops, wall and building cladding, floor covering, and table tops. Headquartered in Kansas City, we have distribution points in Tulsa, St. Louis, and Des in several states in the Midwest. We are a sales organization with a strong customer service focus. The person we are seeking will call on existing customers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and surrounding states and will be tasked with increasing sales and growing the customer base through regular prospecting activities. This position reports to the Branch Manager in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities:
Provide and encourage outstanding customer service
Grow on existing customer base. Accounts will consist of, but are not limited to, tile shops, flooring companies, tile contractors, designers, kitchen & bath shops, and builders
Increase sales to existing accounts
Assist with inside showroom sales and inventory organization when necessary
Travel to customer locations throughout the assigned territory as needed
Provide tile and slab samples and displays to customers
Conduct training seminars
Implement recommended sales strategies to increase sales
Conduct sales presentations to potential customers
Maintain communication with established clients
Manages/oversees outside sales accounts relationships and service levels
Monitors strict adherence to all Bedrock policies and procedures
Provide calls reports as requested by management
Participate in training meetings as requested
Follow safety and security rules and regulations
Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
Proven sales success
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor degree preferred
Must be self-disciplined with a strong work ethic
