SUMMARY:
A Product Specialist must have a pleasant personality, be a creative thinker, stable under pressure, a problem solver and flexibility to work as required. Must be service oriented, have superb communication skills and always maintain a professional image through appearance and dress.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers
Show enthusiasm with the customer. When necessary, handle several customers at once
Pursue all avenues to generate sales leads
Follow up with customers via telephone and/or email when appropriate
Assist customers with buying decisions
Be aggressive with closing the deal
Know your product and it's competition
Present and sell all makes and models of new and used benefit your product to maximize profitability
Write deals to present to sales manager
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current preliminary used vehicle appraisals
Set and achieve personal weekly/monthly and annual sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
