Sales Manager - Air Time Wireless (AT&T) Job Opening in annapolis, Maryland - Sales Manager - Air Time Wireless (AT&T) Job Title: Regional Sales Manager for Air Time Wireless an authorized retailer of AT&T Location: Throughout Maryland from Baltimore to St. Mary's County Job Description: We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a retail sales team in selling wireless phones and service-based technology products. Job Duties: -Achieve or exceed sales and profit targets. -Develop, implement, and monitor regional sales and incentive programs designed to drive productivity. -Develop marketing plan for and participate in store grand openings and special events. -Observe store personnel?s sales techniques and customer interaction, and coach employees on selling strategies. -Implement and enforce all policies and procedures to ensure the optimum sales experience for customers. -Identify areas of opportunity to improve results on revenue growth, customer growth and churn reduction. -Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationships. -Assist in training, coaching, and educating employees on competitive advantages, products and services, promotions, methods and procedures, and point-of-sale systems. -Other duties as needed.
