Sr. Healthcare Technology Manager Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - As a First Advantage?s Healthcare Solution Manager you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver competitive employment screening solutions to the Healthcare market. The position?s responsibility extends from increasing the revenue and profitability of existing solutions to developing new solutions for the company that will create additional revenue streams. It involves building solutions from existing ideas, and helping to innovate based on your industry experience , your contact with customers and prospects and engaged collaboration with cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality through end to end execution. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand customers? problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
Key responsibilities:
Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Translate organizational vision into innovative platforms and product initiatives
Define, maintain and articulate the product strategy and roadmap
Collaborate with team of high-performing product managers in the full product life cycle, from ideation to beta to external launch and evaluation
Engage with internal and external cross functional teams in the full solution life cycle, from concept to deployment, to assure internal requirements are address and delivered
Drive feature prioritization, process improvements, and best practices to improve operational efficiencies
Establish KPIs for your products and gain acceptance across internal stakeholders; measure against goals
Engage with key clients and partners to assess market trends, needs and opportunities and own user acceptance testing
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits/interactions to customers and non-customers.
Developing and implementing company-wide go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute
Take an active role in the Agile software development lifecycle
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Analyze potential partner relationships for the solution
Collaborate with various teams within the company, including C-level, business teams, technology, product marketing, sales, etc.
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Serve as a thought leader within the company and externally
Skills and Experience
HR Administration experience in Healthcare Provider market is preferred.
Experience in Provider Credentialing is required
Good understanding of OIG regulatory compliance
5+ years of product management experience or equivalent
Prior experience in software development
Direct experience with UI/UX a plus
Attention to detail and extreme dedication to accomplishing tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding ability to work within a team environment and cross-departmental stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000.00 /year
