10 years of strong application development and design experience in highly scalable enterprise JAVA/JEE systems
Strong understanding of Java best practices, system scalability, and performance tuning
Expertize in Java, J2EE and JSP
Hands on experience in any of the development IDEs - Eclipse/IntelliJ
Experience in working on Agile methodology is a must
Understanding of software development lifecycle and solution engineering methodologies to develop the application and satisfy functional and nonfunctional requirements of complex software systems.
Strong experience on AngularJS and Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, Javascript.
Strong Knowledge of RESTful services, XML, JSON is required
Experience in technically leading software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development, acceptance testing, and deployment
Familiarity with crosscutting non-functional concerns such as security, performance, scalability, deployment, maintainability, supportability
4+ years? experience in Java-J2EE Development. Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, AngularJS, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery and AJAX.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience with on-site/offshore model is strongly preferred
