Summary/Objective
The primary function of a ISO is to ensure the timely and accurate boarding of all accounts underwritten by our underwriters into the designated platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide support to customers by ensuring the timely, judicious and accurate boarding into the system for boarding. Responsible for ensuring that all account documentation is complete and accurate, verified and complies with the bank policies. Review account documentation and make sure all items needed are requested including the reserve agreements Monitor all pending conditions to ensure the documentation is received to meet crucial deadlines. Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management

Assure that all merchant accounts are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies
Correct mistakes and investigate inconsistencies
Conduct a final review of the account before boarding
Process the documents received for each account, verifying the accuracy and completeness of each document
Collect required documentation from merchants and follow up on hold items
Required Education and Experience: Sales experience or 2 years Card Processing Background required
College degree preferred (financial, business or economics background preferred)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to make real time, informed decisions is required
