Our Staff Accounts:
Prepares financial statement for multiple entities by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system
Analyzes information by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information
Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
Prepare monthly cash flows and process vendor payments
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Experience with Yardi system is a plus
