Duties include answering incoming calls and monitor our client's Help Desk LANDesk queue and email inbox, diagnose incident reports and take service requests for end users related to computer and network related issues. DUTIES � The candidate will provide Tier 1 support in troubleshooting software, hardware, and other technical issues reported to the client's help desk using remote management tools. � The candidate will also support various systems Password Resets such as Active Directory, AVST Voicemail System and PeopleSoft. Process exits and new hires forms according to Help desk procedures. QUALIFICATIONS � Provide Service Request and Incident Management via Phone Coverage, monitoring of the Helpdesk, Central mailbox and the LANDesk Service Desk Queue. � Remotely Troubleshoot and provide desktop hardware/software support, LAN/WAN, e-mail, DNS, Mainframe and telephone issues, triage, document, resolve/escalate to Tier 2 � Provide Password Reset Support seattle wa washington
