We are seeking Licensed Sales Producers for our in-house Insurance Agency, West Hills Insurance, an All State Branch! We are also offering a $3,000 Signing Bonus to currently licensed and experienced candidates!
Licensed Sales Producers are responsible for to below items, including but not limited to:
Maintain a positive, upbeat and enthusiastic attitude while interacting with customers and dealership staff.
Maintain a minimum of 25 Contacts / 8 Quotes / 3 items per day.
Network within and outside the Auto Group.
Notate all contacts with clients and prospects.
Complete all admin activities daily, ie. emails, work items, follow ups.
Complete outbound follow up sales calls.
Meet and greet all customer purchasing a vehicle.
Verify insurance for all customers purchasing a vehicle.
Complete insurance needs analysis for customer who accepted an insurance review. (Exposures, Toys, other insurable interests.)
Present insurance comparison / acknowledge verification to all customers prior to delivery of vehicle.
Maintain and keep up to date on all required education, including product knowledge and continuing education
requirements for Washington state.
All other duties as assigned.
