Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Bothell, Washington - Are you looking for the perfect inside sales job on the North side of Seattle? Our sales leads come to us from a major home improvement company and we operate in California, Oregon, and Washington. These call in customers don't need to be convinced that they need our service, they are all ready motivated to buy. Your job is to explain technical information in a way that is clear and easy to understand, sell the benefits of high quality service done by professionals, and close the deal with a date and time for service. While we find call metrics useful for coaching, our focus is where it should be, on revenue. You will earn a percentage of every sale you make. We are not a churn and burn call center. Our mid-sized team has many sales reps that have been here for more than 5 years. No territories, you have opportunity to earn from day one after your training is complete. Our average successful sales call lasts about 15 minutes. You will take between 50 and 75 calls a day. If you are successful 5 times a day you can make $40k per year. If you are successful 10 times per day you can make twice that. Yes we have successful reps that make more than $60k per year. The Call Center is open 7 to 8 M-F and 8-5 on Sat and Sun. schedules are based on you met the below requirements and you are willing to work hard to learn this business we want to talk to Requirements: - Must have at least 1-2 years sales experience.- Must have excellent people skills and enjoy helping others. - Must possess high character and integrity. - Must be able to multi-task and work in a environment.- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Windows, Outlook and Excel. - Center is open 7 to 8 M-F and 8-5 on Sat and Sun. schedules are based on seniority- Must be able to type 50 WPM or more.- Must be team oriented. - Must have reliable transportation- This is a high demand environment and excellent attendance is mandatory- Ability to not take things personally/thick skin - Must be flexible with schedule and able to work until 8 on weekdays or 8-5 on Sat Sun
