OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - Woodbridge Home Exteriors, a leader in the home improvement industry, is seeking talented consultants to join our highly successful sales team in Dallas. Our consultants build trust and rapport with our customers as they assist in identifying the products that best fit their exterior home improvement needs. We look for talented individuals with a solid history of successful consultative selling.
Lead Generation ~ There is NO COLD CALLING or prospecting for our sales consultants. The leads we provide are 100% Pre-Set and Pre-Qualified before you visit our customers' homes.
Compensation & Benefits ~ Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives. Our sales force is made up of top performers who are highly compensated and typically earn $100,000 and beyond .
Learning, Development & Culture ~ We provide professional training, industry leading product samples and ongoing support to assist in closing the sale. All consultants are armed with superior marketing and top-drawer installations that provide lots of referrals. You will also be supported by an experienced management team and professional inside sales representatives.
Qualifications:
A successful Sales Consultant will possess:
High school degree or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended
A proven track record of closing sales
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Strong, persuasive communication skills
Self-motivated and results-orientated
The ability to work independently
