We are seeking a Controller for a business unit of this manufacturer.
Complete Business Unit forecast and close
Prepare, interpret and analyze financial statements, key performance indicators
Review and create journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare and present monthly financial results and annual plan presentations
Provide candid feedback related to business and financial matters
Oversee the annual physical inventory and reconcile differences
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
6+ years experience in a manufacturer REQUIRED with progression in an position
Accounting principles, GAAP
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate and timely.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting, Microsoft Excel, Hyperion
Audit experience strongly preferred.
