The Associate Advisor Marketing Apprentice has an incredible career path that leads to being trained to be a Lead Financial Advisor. This opportunity trains you to provide financial planning and investment management services.
This position is an entry-level position for the recent graduate or career changer who is passionate about a career in financial planning. This role requires a quick learner who is good with people and who has a desire to advance in their field and complete the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) exam.
This position requires an individual who is committed to being part of a team that delivers a comprehensive client solution. They must be reliable, organized and deadline driven.
This person will help drive the firm?s social media and web marketing initiatives.
This role will train the right person in all areas of the business and progress into advising clients and helping the firm market for new clients.

Educational and Experience Requirements and Preferences
B.A. or B.S. degree from accredited four year university (preferably with degree in finance, accounting, economics, teaching, or marketing)
Prior experience in banking, teaching, or with other RIA a plus.
Able to complete series 65 exam within first 3 months of employment.
Able to complete the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University study within first year of employment
Able to complete CFP exam within the first 3 years of employment
Compensation
Compensation: Competitive compensation - depending on experience. Consists of base salary and after 3 months eligible to participate in discretionary bonus program
