Software Engineer Senior Job Opening in Arlington, Virginia - CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD. Leads other software engineers, programmers, and other specialists in the development of software solutions and systems. Applies engineering techniques and tools to the development and integration of computing systems. Develops, refines, and reviews with user?s alternative designs for software systems assisting in the finalizing of requirements and designs. Prepares requirements documents utilizing architecture and modeling techniques. Will have experience and capability as a software developer and coder with experience with object oriented programming languages and frameworks such as C++, Java and . Bachelor?s or Master?s degree with at least 8 years of experience. TS/SCI clearance required.
