We are current seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Hooksett, NH location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as primary in-house contact for major customer base served by branch store
Provides added value to customer by offering an additional level of product knowledge combined with technical application and expertise.
Assists branch store sales staff in selling function and sales team in working up quotes
Responds to customer calls by taking action to resolve customer concerns. Informs customer of action taken.
Assists in all phases of store operations. Assumes the responsibilities of Store Manager or Delivery Driver when absent.
Supports all sales functions including outside sales
Skills and Abilities:
Class B License or willingness to acquire license within 6 months of hire.
Welding and gas application background preferred.
