Sales Development Manager Job Opening in Austin, Texas - ASAP Systems is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join a team transforming Inventory & Asset Management across all major industry verticals. As an SDR manager, you will be responsible for qualifying and developing leads for the organization, as well as hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring a new team of SDR's to illicit a more proactive sales team.

Your Enterprise and SaaS Software Sales experience will be focused on lead and revenue generation for new client acquisitions and retention. This is a highly strategic and specialized role.
Essential Functions ?
- Qualify customer prospects leads for the organization through direct phone calls, emails, and social media
- Cultivate relationships with potential buyers and influencers and develop leads that turn into sales
- Identify qualified opportunities
- Schedule customer demonstrations with a sales engineer via web conference, -unless you have the technical background to do so yourself
- Stay informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects, and competitive issues
- Effectively manage an intense and high volume
- Daily and weekly review of leads developed, new leads added to the CRM, and sales/leads reports
- Comply with company policies and manage in details records in CRM
Requirements -
- Degree in Business
- 3-5 years of management, leadership, and team building
- Dynamic, high energy, very strong written and phone skills
- 3+ years? experience in sales role
- Proficient with CRM, email, and prospecting tools
- Process and task oriented, organized and diligent in lead management
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
