Administrative Assistant Supplies_ Part-Time Job Opening in Memphis, Tennessee - Church Pension Group (CPG) serves clergy, lay workers and institutions of the Episcopal Church by providing pensions, retirement benefits, healthcare benefits and other services. Our Memphis Tennessee office is currently looking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant-Supplies. Candidates should be detailed oriented and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. A self-starter with excellent verbal and written skills. The position will be scheduled no more than 28 hours a week.
Some responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Act as liaison with supply vendors
Researches products, price matches and orders program and meeting supplies
Organizes, packs and ships program and meeting supplies
Maintains supply and shipping corporate accounts
Monitors program timelines with the E&W staff
Acts as back-up on phones and mail pick-up/delivery as needed
Orders office supplies
Maintains general office equipment
Maintains clean, organized supply areas
Extensive use of computer keyboard
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Extensive lifting, bending, ladder climbing, standing
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of administrative experience
Intermediate computer proficiency
Job Type: Part-time
