DUTIES � Give simple financial presentations to patients and help them with financial arrangements for starting their care, taking payments and collecting money when due. � Tracking financial outcomes. � Renew yearly wellness payment plans � Light billing and tracking of balances, posting payments and producing statements when needed. � Generate simple reports and statistics. � Routine calls to attorneys to check on case status, preparation of records. � Writing letters, preparing packets, filing and general office support. � Work closely with and support doctors and other staff. � Track office supplies and order what is needed. � Medicare billing and tracking of ongoing documentation. GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES: � Greet patients, Answer phones with energy and sparkle. � Learn to schedule efficiently and manage patient flow to give all patients great service and a WOW experience! � Refer lots of new patients into the office for care through your leadership and communication skills. � Patient recall and tracking of missed visits to help keep patients on track for the care they need. � Giving stickers to kids, opening the door for someone who has their hands full, offering a snack to a hungry working mom, and whatever else comes up!! � Keep the office looking tidy organized and beautiful! REQUIREMENTS: � Must be computer savvy, and be able to carry yourself well displaying polish, maturity and confidence. � Must be comfortable discussing finances with patients. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. � Billing experience is a plus, but not required. A shy person would not be happy in this position. You have to like to work in a small office but talk to a lot of people all day on the phone and in person!! Someone who has corporate skills, but is really looking to do something more personal, make a difference, and work as part of a small dedicated team! � Mature communication skills. � Polished personal presentation. � Health conscious values.
