Responsibilities for Senior Software Engineers include:
Design implementation strategies to deliver functionality for new applications and systems as specified by our Product Management team
Analyze existing systems and propose/implement technological solutions to improve performance, robustness, and reliability
Perform code reviews for other developers on the team.
Suggest and implement improvements to the software development tools and environment based on experience
Mentor and assist other software engineers as required
Work collaboratively in a team environment with the Product Team, other Software Engineers, and the Quality Assurance Team
Working in our stack or finding new pieces that will help us be even better
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in C#, we use Winforms, , and MVC
3+ years of experience in SQL, we use Microsoft SQL Server
Experience writing automated tests (unit, system, and/or acceptance)
Desire to follow clean code principles like SOLID and DRY
Experience participating in code reviews
Ability to troubleshoot code quickly and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Strong knowledge of SQL Server database performance is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as a sole contributor as well as in a collaborative environment

Annualized Salary Potential: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 year, depending on qualifications
