Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Neosho, Missouri - Accounting Clerk Missouri Walnut Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk for our growing company. Candidate must be detail oriented and organized, manage time wisely and meet required deadlines. Strong telephone customer service and data entry experience is required. Candidate should take initiative to ask questions to work through all problems received in a timely manner. This is an integral part of our operations and will have responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a new position in the company.
Job requires sitting, keyboarding, standing, bending, walking, and occasional lifting/shifting (up to 35 pounds).

Position Expectations
-Associate Degree in Accounting or Business. Bachelor?s degree is preferred.
-Three Years? Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable environment
-Intermediate to expert proficiency level with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and additional experience working in an integrated ERP environment.
-Experience with intercompany accounting procedures and reconciliations
-Analytical and critical thinking are required for this position with extreme attention to detail. This is a mission critical part of our operation.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, deadline oriented environment with the flexibility to work hours needed. Candidate may receive special projects to work on that require extra effort.
-Must be able to recognize problems and offer solutions.
-Ability to multitask on several tasks at the same time.
-Experience with Sales Tax, IRS recordkeeping, 1099 reporting, and compliance with government regulations.
-Must be physically able to assist with periodic physical inventories on a large production facility and at several remote locations.
-Candidate must speak English and have strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
