The Tenstreet Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects.

Sales Development Representative :
Develop new business via telephone to introduce them to Tenstreet and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Tenstreet solutions will speak to those needs.
Identify key buying influencers within these prospects.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Work with the Outside Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
Sales Development Representative Qualities:
You?re a self starter who?s biased toward action and getting stuff done.
You?re inspired by great products and want to work with a product and company you can believe in.
You aren?t afraid of cold-calling potential clients to prospect for basic information to pass on to our sales team.
You have a dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office products
