The iLAB Account Executive?s main objective is to generate new business. The ideal candidate will develop, pursue and manage a list of potential new accounts based on iLAB?s target markets and segments.
Once the companies have been identified, qualified and an approach strategy has been formulated, the candidate will establish and maintain communication with them, uncover their technology and business initiatives, inform them of our services and capabilities, determine how we can provide them with the necessary solutions, present the solution and manage the sales process to delivery and beyond. Our Delivery, leadership and other staff are very hands-on and will accompany the Account Executive on Sales Presentations. iLAB is expanding into new territories as well ? there is an opportunity to take on new zones and develop potential connections and clients in these areas.
Specific responsibilities & duties:
Identify and develop new clients by e-mail, direct contact, phone calls, meetings, etc.
Market our services to the targeted clientele.
Coordinate with iLAB executives to close potential clients and sales.
Recognize the needs of the clients and correctly advise them of our services.
Advise customers on technical matters and recommend the appropriate solution
Solicit information about the development and/or QA needs of potential clients.
Construct sales presentations and execute these along with our already existing presentations.
Travel to areas where needs are expected and potential sales are forecasted.
Maintain relationships with clients to grow revenue.
Client meetings are sometimes outside normal business hours; may involve dinner appointments, events and some travel.
Required qualifications:
Successful 5-10 years Sales experience is required with references
Solution selling is required.
Sales experience in a Technology company is desired.
Experience successfully selling to C-Suite
A basic knowledge of software, software development and applications is desired.
Required personality characteristics:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be organized, timely and customer service oriented.
Must have extreme attention to detail.
Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
Must be able to maintain communication with potential and previous clients with good personable communication skills.
Salary & other compensations:
Solid Base Salary
Commissions and Bonuses based on sales.
