Sales Trainee Job Opening in Boise, Idaho - We currently have a Technical Sales Trainee position open for a talented individual who wants to be part of this dynamic industry. This position would be based in our Boise, ID office and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Technical Sales Trainee:
This position is the stepping stone into a Technical Sales Representative position. Technical Sales Reps are the key players on a sales team anchored in both integrity and enthusiasm. You will forge long-lasting relationships in the local construction community as you develop opportunities for RedBuilt?.
Technical Sales Trainee responsibilities:
Reviewing design documents
Developing and presenting structural framing concepts
Problem-solving with the design and construction communities
Preparing estimates
Negotiating a valued and profitable framing system
Assisting Project Managers with effective project process flow
Technical Sales Trainees are creative thinkers with strong problem-solving skills, who will go to great lengths to take care of our customers. They consistently utilize all available tools and technologies at their disposal. They are simultaneously self-motivated, team-oriented and keen to develop their skills as they strive for a Technical Sales Representative position.
As knowledgeable advisors, our Technical Sales Reps are highly regarded and respected by their customers. They are passionate about the construction industry, and have a knack for designing structural systems?something valued by specifiers, contractors and building owners alike. Our Technical Sales Reps are excellent communicators and can accurately convey building concepts and ideas. They love challenges and take pride in winning! The Technical Sales Representative position will require an out of state relocation.
