Home Care Quality Management/Compliance Analyst Job Opening in Aurora, Colorado - Location: Position will cover responsibilities for two offices: Denver metro
area (Aurora) and Loveland and will work from Loveland office 50% of time, Aurora office 50% of time
Starting Salary Range: $30,000-35,000
Objective: To monitor and document compliance with regulatory programs including client and personnel chart audits and compliance activities
Hiring Manager: Valerie Baker-Easley, Director of Policy and Compliance
Primary Responsibilities:
o Quality Reporting Matrix and Intake Monitoring:
o Monitors and analyzes to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation on client and personnel events/activities requiring regulatory reporting
o Weekly: Evaluates incomplete documentation on above, identifies and takes follow-up action to remedy
o Bi-Monthly and Monthly: Reviews, analyzes and generates summary of trends and action items for review with Compliance Director and the Agency Manager
o Intake Timeline Oversight: Monitors and initiates follow-up action to process new client documentation through the intake procedure and begin services without delay.
o Audit Readiness:
o Audits client and personnel files weekly to evaluate accuracy, completeness and timeliness of event/activity documentation.
Deficiencies are documented and reviewed with the Agency Manager for remediation in collaboration with the agency team.
Weekly audit results are reported to the Compliance Director.
Monthly: Reviews Agency?s regulatory binders, regulatory reporting and documentation logs
Performs periodic regulatory activities as assigned by the Compliance Director.
o Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Maintains knowledge of and ensures agency compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning the operation and provision of home care services, including but not limited to requirements for quality management and audit readiness.

Education:
o High School/GED or equivalent
o Relevant academic, vocational and/or professional education preferred
Experience
o Familiarity with healthcare industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
o Proficient in the use of standard office software including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
o Hands-on experience with healthcare quality management software
