Applicants must be able to interact with guests and co-workers in a courteous manner. Servers and bartenders must possess excellent customer service skills and take pride in their personal appearance. Kitchen staff should be orgainzed, consistent, passionate about food and ability to adhere to recipes. Both front and back of house employees are expected to clean and uphold a sanitary environment at all times. We take great pride in our restaurant and want our employees to as well.
