Seeking LMHC, LMFT, CDP Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Seeking LMHC, LMFT, CDP Eastside Addiction Professionals is an agency that is recently expanded into a 2200 sq. ft office and has changed the name to Eastside Center For Family to expand the scope of service and more accurately reflect the target audience in the business name. A private practice agency in business for eight years that seeks to add a new licensed therapist who is entrepreneurial and collegially minded and seeks to develop a caseload and serve the middle to upper socioeconomic and Eastside of Puget Sound providing family based addiction and mental health counseling and therapy. You are an individual with experience providing systems based approached therapy with an eye on recovery from addiction and development of attachments in fragmented family systems impaired by addictive behaviors. If you are a CDP, and hopefully you are, you know how to maintain a chart according to WAC. You resonate with Haley and Madanes, Bowen, Rogers, Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Stages of Change-Prochaska and DiClemente, Science of Mind, Non-Violent Communication, Family Based and non confrontational interventions. You seek to work in an environment that is loving, honest, compassionate, assertive, self aware, collaborative and highly motivated. You understand the realities of growing a practice and seek to support this effort and be willing to get out there and meet people to connect and generate interest and visibility in the company in order to grow everyone's caseload including your own. You must be licensed, desiring to sit in weekly consult group, have outside supervision as well as taking some from the owner, patient for the business growing side of things, interested in a fee split arrangement, be in network or become so with select insurance companies, comfortable being paid every two weeks, comfortable working on contract, possess a clear background check and liability insurance, and be drug free. You will be provided an office, a part-time billing/admin assist, business cards, position on the website, office phone, answering service, EHR account, waiting room and coffee setup and filing room. This is a perfect place for someone gainfully employed ready to make the move into private practice or not needing a full-time income who can tolerate the time to build a caseload to full-time.
