Facility Maintenance Technician Job Opening in gainesville, Florida - Facility Maintenance Technician Regional Facility Maintenance Company is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to service clients in the Gainesville area including some work in Ocala and Lady Lake. Must be proficient in carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, flooring, basic mechanical (doors, etc.), and painting. Job size varies from small time and materials up to medium bid jobs. We prefer someone who has worked in commercial service rather than residential construction as you will be dealing with commercial clients in stores and restaurants. Work orders are computer based so you must be have and be able to use a computer and a scanner.
