Wholesale food service & distribution company is seeking an effective Salesperson ( with Experience in the food industry) as Sales Representative position in Boston, MA area.
This position involves the selling and promotion of quality food and supplies to the food service industry such as restaurants, catering halls and the big and small supermarket. The position also consists of developing and building relationships with customers and/or potential customers.
Our product portfolio consists of premium-quality food products (Beans, Lentil, Chick peas, Rice, Olive oil, Juice, ETC) in retail and bulk format.
Position requirements include:
Minimum of 3 years? experience in the Food industry.
Effective selling experience.
Strong negotiating, decision and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus.
MUST be energetic, friendly and good with people.
Responsibilities include:
Researching and Cold calling new business
Tracking and following up on sales leads
Account penetration
Remote order entry. Ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,)
Compensation Package includes ( Base Salary + commission + +company phone + car allowance ) Based on experience.
Regular hours Monday -- Friday
you will be working remotely with our NJ office.
