Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Woburn, Massachusetts - Come join our growing team! We are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives to identify, engage, increase market penetration and generate sales for Boston Centerless? products and services to achieve the company?s sales goals (70%) and to provide timely support to the Regional Account Manager?s (RAM?s) (30%) will serve as primary points of contact for assistance and problem resolution in the areas of pricing, follow up and coordination with the Boston Centerless Customer Service Team. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years? experience in a successful Inside Sales/Sales Support role with expertise in both product and solution selling. They will have expertise in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, , Oracle on Demand), MS Office, and Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and .
We are seeking team players with the ability to work independently and understand the importance of customer service. Prior experience with forecasting, quoting and account analysis is a plus. They should be able to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively in a results-driven culture. A positive attitude, the desire to learn through self-paced learning including book, web-based and classroom participation and a high sense of urgency is a must!

Responsibilities include:
Prospect, qualify and generate sales within an assigned geographic area and customer base.
Identify revenue opportunities within the customers? communities and verticals through a variety of communication methods to include cold calling, referrals, and social media leads.
Use industry associations, publications, tradeshow leads and other means to generate sales opportunities.
Upsell customers by identifying and promoting additional purchases of products and services within assigned customer base and geographic territory.
Enhance sales through technical discussions with potential customers via demonstrations, presentations and educational seminars as required.
Build, manage and drive leads to fruition through the sales pipeline via the company?s CRM software.
Remain knowledgeable and current with changes and developments in the business infrastructure.
Attend meetings and huddles as required.
Work with each department within Boston Centerless to ensure customer satisfaction levels are being maintained and exceeded.
Work with the Customer Service department to create action plans to ensure customers are receiving orders on time and the orders are correct and complete, always exceeding the customers? expectations.
Provide clear and concise sales and service support to RAM?s.
Use telephone, email, and other technology driven/web enabled sales and marketing tools to support the efforts of the RAM?s and customers.
Assist in solving operation issues for customers to include; clarifications, delivery information, expediting orders, escalations, discrepancies, and complaints.
Process documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures for quotations, special pricing approval, order follow-up, problem resolution and order expediting.
Provide input into the development and on-going review of departmental processes and procedures and offer suggestions for improvements to improve service levels, efficiency and quality.
Participate in National Sales Meetings, twice annually.
Occasional travel may be required.
