Experience with inventories (food & liquor) � Must be organized, self-motivated and proactive � Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up as needed. The position requirements include, but are not limited to: � Ensuring that service is carried out in accordance with established policy and vision of San Felipes Cantina � Supervising personnel according to established personnel policies and procedures � Assisting in training and evaluating all dining room personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures � Ensuring the highest level of organization are maintained at all time, without exception � Proven success in developing superior guest relationships � Effectively motivates all staff team members to exceed guest expectations � Follow all standard operating procedures related to financial reporting, human resources and external compliance.
