Job Description Fast-paced Company with national scope seeks dependable employee to join our Technology Deployment Team. Must be a diligent worker with great attention to detail who likes being part of a team. Will be responsible for setting up, testing, packaging, and shipping various technology products. Also responsible for keeping an orderly workspace and leading projects to push the operation forward. This is not a warehouse job! The best candidate will work well in a professional office environment and communicate with multiple departments and managers every day.
Responsible for day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, the following duties:
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
Field phone calls and emails from coworkers and clients
Test credit card terminals and POS systems prior to deployment
Maintain inventory and shipping records
Prepare, pack, and ship out products
Fulfill orders and general administrative tasks
Receiving and organizing returned equipment
Deploying paper rolls and other supplies
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
Must be able to lift 35lbs
Familiarity with computers and electronics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
Experience with FedEx Ship Manager or similar software is a plus
Follow through on assignments efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform under pressure and multi-task
Professional approach to deadlines
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong desire to learn with significant drive, ambition and motivation for success
