We?re looking for a smart, hard-working individual for an Account Manager position. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationships and sales processes. In the role you will be a member of a highly motivated Sales team where account relationship building and customer satisfaction are keys to a successful candidate.
Position: Full Time Account Manager
:
BA/BS from an accredited college or university
Digital Media Industry experience preferred
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
Strong computer skills, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and email proficiency
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
Job Duties:
Assist and Support the Sales representatives
Work with internal departments to implement and manage campaigns from start to finish
Handle client services and understanding client goals and objectives
Manage day to day communication with clients to ensure all needs are being met
Track campaign budgets and lead the monitoring of campaign performance
Utilize data analytics and client feedback to optimize campaigns to meet client goals
Coordinate with accounting to finalize billing
Prospect for future clients
