The Bridge is currently seeking Residence Managers, for their Manhattan residence located in East Harlem and the Lower East Side, NY.
Function:
Under the supervision of the Area Director, the Residence Manager is responsible for providing clinical rehabilitative services to individual residents living in a 20 bed single site Medicaid billing residence located in Manhattan, as well as delegated operational, administrative and financial functions of the residential program.
Tasks:
Ensure the delivery and documentation of client services including, but not limited to, weekly service-linked progress notes, collateral contact notes, monthly summary notes, service or support plans, assessments and consents.
Ensures case records are current and accurate.
Personnel activities including but not limited to recruiting/hiring, shift scheduling, staff meetings, staff training, performance evaluations, time and attendance (utilizing Paycom system), disciplinary actions and labor/management issues. Ensure that all staff receives required training included but not limited to first aid/CPR, CPI, incident reporting, and cultural competency.
Program?s fiscal responsibilities including, but not limited to, inventory of office supplies, petty cash, distribution of clients? funds, program fee payment plans and money management documentation.
Supervise and ensure completion of apartment inspections and fire drills.
Ensure the safety and maintenance of all apartments through ongoing assessment of maintenance requirements and communication with Facilities Department regarding repair needs of all apartments.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including facilitating appropriate admissions and discharges, maintaining census, incident reporting and completion of required documentation.
Managerial responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Area Director for Residential Services.
Perform other duties consistent with the goals and objectives of the program as assigned by the Area Director, AVP, VP, SVP, and/or Bridge Senior Management.
Monthly Program Report, Weekly Work Orders, Weekly Paycom Review of Staff, Monthly Finance/Arrears Report, Monthly Petty Cash Report, Weekly Supervision for all Staff, Monthly Medication Review, Monthly 911 Report, Monthly Billing Spreadsheet Packet, Monthly Group Calendar, Caseload of 5 Clients.
Attend internal agency meetings and trainings.
Duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree, Master?s Degree preferred.
Knowledge of AWARDS, HUD, OMH regulations, Medicaid Billing;
Experience providing evidence-based practices to persons with mental illness/addictive disorders, strongly preferred
Interest with working and learning about mental illness/addictive, disorders strongly preferred
