Copywriter Job Opening in Uniondale, New york - SUMMARY: Reviews commercial group literature and other company documents to confirm all documentation matches contractual fees and Oracle. Ensures proper application of grammar, spelling, sentence structure and content in all documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following: Individual goals will be established and communicated on an ongoing basis. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as business conditions change.
Oversee the review/editing process of all corporate literature.
Effectively follow the company?s standard operating procedures on the review/approval process on corporate literature.
Perform audits on corporate literature in order to ensure that all documents are in line with our Healthplex identity guidelines and the content is current / accurate.
Maintain the templates of current corporate literature.
Proof group-specific literature to ensure all documentation matches contractual fees.
Maintain inventory binders.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
A.S. degree from an accredited college and/or 2+ years? experience in related field. English, Communications and/or Healthcare Administration majors strongly preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS :
Knowledge of Outlook Contact Management systems; and proficiency in Microsoft Software programs ? Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Oracle a strong plus.
OTHER SKILLS: Strong grasp of English grammar and spelling. Must have ability to multi-task and learn quickly. Strong understanding of commercial group information and available company insurance plans a strong plus.
