Sales Representative Job Opening in Metuchen, New jersey - ReGo Trading Company, a wholesale distributor of Health and Beauty Aids, seeks a team of Independent Sales Representatives for the regions of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
The position requires superior relationship-based sales skills in addition to strong communication, organization, and demonstration skills.
Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and well-organized field sales professionals who enjoy engaging business buyers in solutions for their workplace. ReGo Trading offers product training for new representatives, as well as assistance getting started.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new revenue and meeting and exceeding sales through closing sales of new business customers.
Responsible for daily cold-calling and appointment setting.
Communicate with the rest of the sales team on a regular basis.
Present ReGo Trading products and services to all new prospects with sufficient knowledge and understanding.
Analyze the territory to identify growth opportunity including high potential customers and accounts.
Attend local networking events to assist in new sales lead generation.
Enhance ReGo Trading?s relationship with new customers to attain more referrals and actively pursue those leads.
Consistently track, report, and analyze sales performance to produce greater pipeline and forecast accuracy.
Utilize order management system for entry of all new sales.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years B2B outside sales experience.
Clear examples of results.
Knowledge of the wholesale industry and general business trends.
Ability to identify and positively influence key decision makers and influencer's.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
The ability to travel (as required by appointments you set up or are referred).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Positive ?can-do? attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
Independent and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid Driver's License required.
