We are seeking a Property Accountant for our Philadelphia, PA corporate office. The Property Accountant works closely with the COO, Controller, accounting staff, Regional Managers and Property Managers. The areas of responsibilities for the Property Accountant include the following:
Duties Will Include:
Month-end close
Journal entry preparation
Balance sheet account analysis and account reconciliation
Accruals
Bank reconciliations
Variance analysis
Work closely with property management and staff
Generate monthly financial reports and prepare supporting schedules
Review financial statements for accuracy
Prepare monthly reporting packages for management
Assist with year-end close and audits
Assist with development of internal controls
Assist in budget preparation
Perform special projects and duties as required or requested
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
